The National World War II Museum
Originally founded as the D-Day Museum in 2000, The National WWII Museum offers visitors the chance to delve into the history and legacy of “the war that changed the world.” The museum features exhibits, multimedia experiences, and an extnesive collection of artifacts and first-person oral histories, as well as a period dinner theater and restaurants.

- Free museum admission is offered to WWII veterans, Military in Uniform, and children under 5.
- Wheelchairs are provided for use in the museum.
